FANCY VENEER PLYWOOD FOR FURNITURE

We always produce fancy veneer plywood and MDF for Saudi Arabia, Mexico and US market, we just choose good materials to produce it, for example, We buy Red Oak, Parota and Tzalam logs from North America, We rotary veneer by ourselves, so we can control the grade of all veneer very well. All Core veneer is A grade. MDF is bought from big MDF factory, density can be 620kg/m3 to 700kg/m3.

For Mexico market, customers like White Birch, Bleached poplar, Red oak, America black walnut fancy MDF and Plywood, every month we can produce 50 containers for this market, I am also sending Rustic White Oak MDF 16mm and Rustic White Oak plywood 16mm to Israel market.

In our workshop, every worker is very carefully for jointing every veneer strips, when checking quality, we will put goods under strong lights, so our workers can find if any split or any overlap on face, they will fix all very slowing and carefully. Another side we have our own QC Team, every QC is very professional too, they will follow all process and will inspection all quality piece by piece, So we can promise every piece plywood is perfect before it is sent.
