Product Description
Okoume logs are imported from Gabon, We rotary okoume veneer to be A, B, C grades , we will choose right grade for different clients, the thickness can be 0.2mm to 0.5mm, it depends on clients' requirement. Firstly we choose A grade core veneer to produce the basic board, then hot press okoume veneer on face.
For Middle East, like UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and others, normally they buy only 1 time hot press quality of okoume faced plywood for packing usage, some customers are buying 2 times sanding quality for furniture usage. For Israel market, they always buy high quality okoume faced plywood, 2 times hot press and 2 times sanding, it will be used for gluing HPL or gluing other high-valued veneer. For South America and Africa market, they buy many kinds of okoume faced plywood.
Before sending goods to China port, Our QC will follow all process and will inspection all quality piece by piece, like if any glue through out face, any split on face, or if the grade of okoume veneer is lower than client's requirement, we will control all well in China and solve it in China, we will not send problem to any client.
