For Fancy MDF, we have our own professional work shop and some professional workers, when producing, all of them control every process very well, like when press veneer on board, workers will be very carefully for jointing veneer piece by piece, and there will be no gap. Another side when workers repair the jointed lines, they will use the knife to get rid of the redundant veneer and make face very smooth, every worker has a high and good technology. They are raised for about 6 months before they produce this product, so we can promise all quality will be good.
We can press Okoume/Red Oak/America Walnut/Parota/Red Beech and all other veneers on MDF, We export them to many markets like Mexico, Jordan, Peru, Canada and so on. We have our own QC Team, every QC is very professional, they will follow all process and will inspection all quality piece by piece, so we can promise every piece plywood is perfect before it is sent.
