Our door plywood factory is located in WenAn Country of Hebei Province near to XinGang port, it has 5 production lines and about 80 workers, we can produce about 30 containers for door plywood, Door plywood is a special size plywood, so our machines are also special size for hot press and cutting, like 715/915/1050MM and so on, we buy special size face veneer like Bintangor, Okoume, Sapelle from LinYi city, we just choose A grade veneer for producing it, Normally most of clients like poplar veneer as back, because the cost is a little cheap and they don’t care about the quality of back, some clients are buying face and back with same A grade veneer, Many of Israel, Mexico, Peru, Chile clients are like buying this product from China, We have our own QC team, they will follow all process and will do inspection all quality piece by piece, so we can promise every piece plywood is perfect before it is sent.
